The Student Body is a digital health and wellness magazine for young adults and college-age individuals. It is produced by students in Health Media Innovations, a class at the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications located in Gainesville, Florida. We focus on stories that include nutrition, fitness, sleep, mental health, beauty, holistic health, body image, sexual health, sports performance and more.

If you have story pitches for the site, are interested in the course, or have other questions, drop us an email.

The founding class launched Student Body Magazine in the Fall of 2015. You can read the official press release from the University of Florida here.  You can also read a Q&A about the site here.
